Products will be replaced or refunded only if our policy is strictly followed -
- Products with cash on delivery require an advance payment of 200. advance payment is required to avoid fraudulent orders, We are getting a lot of fake orders, so no other options. Without advance payment, we will not dispatch any products. delivery charges come separately
- As of now, we are only providing a checking warranty for all our products. This means we will replace your order if it has any damage when you receive the product. which reported to us within 24 hours from the time of delivery
- If the customer does not like the product, it is not possible to exchange the product. This is a small business and we do not have all the products listed on the website. We buy from another seller according to your order. For this reason, it is only possible to exchange the product if there is any damage to the product. Please read the contents and buy the product only
- Covered ln warranty manufacturing defects not covered in warranty physical damages. Please notify us upon receipt of the product. Only then can the warranty be registered? Unless otherwise notified to us, the warranty will automatically register from the day the product is ordered. If something happens to the product during the warranty period, it cannot be replaced more than once
- We only provide replacements for the damaged item. If for any reason the product needs to be sent back to our address! The product must be dispatched within 24 hours to the address we provide. If you send it after 24 hours we will not accept the product
- Replacement is only processed after checking the returned product. If the products have no defects like the customer mentioned, Then we will ship them back to the customer once he/she pays the return shipping charge
- Unboxing video should be shared with us for processing returns. if we found any malpractice in the unboxing video will cause the rejection of return requests (click here to know how to shoot an unboxing video)
- Don't ever accept the package if it is opened or broken. once you have accepted any opened or damaged package we are not responsible if the product is missing.
- If you found any kind of physical defects it must be shown in the unboxing video, we won't replace products with physical complaints which haven't been mentioned in the unboxing video.
- If there is a situation where the product needs to be returned to our address for any reason. We will only provide charge you a certain amount of courier charges for the return. Please send the product only after informing us if it is more than our stated courier charge
- If any manufacturing defect occurs in the product during the warranty period contact our WhatsApp number. We will send you the return address of the product via WhatsApp. A new product can be provided only if the product is received by us before the warranty period expires. (No warranty claim can be made if the product reaches our address after the warranty period). The product must be sent to our address within two working days after we send you the return address. If you need to return the product for any reason, we must receive all the products you received and the products must not have any other damage, The product must be sent to us for return in the same condition that we send it to you
